Anglesea Power Station Flue Gas Desulphurization Design & Integration
Alcoa’s Anglesea power station is a key supplier of power to the Point Henry aluminum smelter. Hatch conducted an FEL 3 feasibility study including basic engineering for the retrofit and integration of a flue-gas desulfurization process within the power station.

Fenix Captive Power Plant
Hatch was retained by Skye Nickel Resources and Compañía Guatemalteca de Níquel (now HudBay Minerals) to prepare a feasibility study for a new 150-MW coal/petcoke-fired captive power plant to serve the Fenix ferronickel processing facility in Guatemala.

Pinjarra Cogeneration Plant Construction
The Pinjarra cogeneration units each comprise a 140MW gas turbine generator and a Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) with the capability for supplemental duct firing to increase steam production. Steam production without duct firing is 210 tonnes per hour and this can be increased up to 430 tonnes per hour with the duct burners fully fired.

Elgen Project Cogeneration Plants
